Our application form is simple to complete. All you’ll need to share are:

Step 2: What happens after you apply?
From clicking ‘submit form’ to getting that job offer we try to make it as easy and as quick as possible to start your career with us.
When you submit your online application, it will be reviewed by a member of the recruitment team to see how well your experience matches the job description which you will have seen online when you applied. A telephone screening or “online interview’ may also be required depending on the position. The more information you can provide to demonstrate you are a good match, the better.
For some roles we may ask you to complete psychometric or skills-based assessments. We might also ask you to consider a case study and give us your views on how you would tackle a client’s business challenges. This will either be conducted in person or online, depending on the role you’ve applied for.
This is an opportunity for you to really start to understand whether Meditrial is a good fit for you. Depending on the role, your interview will be conducted by either a member of the recruitment team or a manager from the area you are applying to join. Our interviews are competency based, and the more senior the role you are applying for is the more interviews you can expect to have.
The final stage will be a more in-depth discussion about you, your experience, and the role. This will be with key people and often the lead partners. This is a great opportunity to meet the people you might work with and find out more about what life at Meditrial might be like for you.
